First, the lepase is confirmed to be 50 or higher.

If you go from the village of Frontera to the 12 o'clock position, there is a statue shaking hands (in Ishiguk?) and an NPC called Stella underneath.
If you go around, a high five active button will appear.
It may be confusing, but it's not the armor trader Stella shown on the screen above.

[Special] Beginner Stella receives a hidden quest.
During the quest, you must gather 5 times in the middle. If you have completed the daily collection quota, you must proceed the next day (reset at 5 am).
I usually gather at the top left of the front door of the Frontera.
You can pick it up 5 times.
Next, we need to mine the ore. If you click the quest window, you will be taken care of.
Do the same 5 times.
