Today is level 69 hidden quest information.
For your reference, there are a lot of people asking for information about hidden quests at levels 63, 67, and 68. Whenever I have time, I sweep the map, take pictures, talk, and if there is any doubt, I go and press it, but there is still nothing.
In fact, there was a level where there was no hidden quest even in the 40-60 level section.

Level 69 Hidden Quest is at 6 o'clock in Payon Village.
If you go to the 6 o'clock position, there is a shiny object like the screen above.
Approaching it will activate the Investigate button.
Press to investigate the crisis [Special] Caves Hidden Quest is activated.

Go to the 3rd floor of Payon Cave and catch the nine tailed fox.
